ICB Management Retreat

The management team of the Insurance Commission participated in a management retreat last week. At the retreat, management learned from industry leaders how to be the best leaders for the organization. The team also strategized the way forward and reflected on past successes and challenges.

Kendyce Moss-Moultrie taught the importance of change management strategies, how to manage change, and the benefits to the organization. Richard Bernard Adderley spoke on how to maintain work/life balance. Valdez K. Russell provided thoughtful insight on transformational leadership, and Allison Gabriella Fraser assisted the team with its strategic development plan.
